Position Overview We are seeking an **experienced Construction Manager with a proven background in commercial construction** to independently manage multiple active projects throughout Northeast Florida. **Commercial construction experience is required. Residential construction experience is a strong plus.** This is not an entry\-level position. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience independently coordinating construction operations, managing subcontractors, protecting budgets and schedules, navigating inspections, and delivering completed projects. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overall project execution, serving as the primary point of accountability for field operations from project mobilization through final completion.
