The Marketing \& Design Specialist creates and executes strategic visual and written communications, design, and marketing projects in support of marketing, sales, business development, and outreach and engagement efforts to promote Ever\-Green Energy and affiliates. The Marketing \& Design Specialist minimum requirements to be successful in this role: * Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Minimum of three years of experience in a professional design or marketing setting, preferably serving B2B audiences in an energy, engineering, science, or technical field. * Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. * A strong eye for graphic design, composition, typography, imagery, and visual storytelling. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude and interest in technical writing. * The ability to understand a project, client, or pursuit strategy; shape ideas into a cl...
