Description: The Director of Community Development \& Financial Wellness is responsible for leading the credit union’s community development, sponsorship, outreach, financial wellness, youth banking, school partnership, and community impact strategy. This position serves as the strategic leader for building meaningful community relationships that increase the credit union’s visibility, strengthen trust, expand financial education, support youth and family engagement, and create long\-term membership and relationship growth opportunities.
