Data runs on STACK. **THE POSITION** The Sr. Director, Accounting is a key role supporting a wide range of accounting roles. **Equity Accounting** * Oversee all equity\-related accounting and work closely with the private equity partners. * Oversee the capital statements, dividend and distribution calculations, account reconciliations and discrepancy research. * Ensure proper integration with financial reporting tools. **Intercompany Accounting** * Lead intercompany accounting across multiple legal entities, ensuring accurate transaction recording, reconciliations, and eliminations.
