The Student Health Center (Student Health) is a vital component with the Division of Student Affairs and the umbrella organization of the Health and Wellbeing unit (HWB). Student Health is responsible for providing comprehensive and high\-quality healthcare, assisting students with the development of life skills to manage their own health needs and intentionally enhancing the campus commitment to holistic wellbeing. **Primary Purpose of Position** The Director is responsible for providing innovative and strategic institutional leadership for Student Health, within the Health and Wellbeing Unit and for the Division of Student Affairs. This position is responsible for: 1\) a robust understanding of integrated, holistic student wellbeing, 2\) a detailed understanding of Student Health operations (administrative and clinical), 3\) direct supervision of the department management team and indirect guidance (as needed) of other departmental staff, 4\) Ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations (federal, state and local) through regularly updated and maintained policies, and 5\) Understanding the balance between auxiliary revenue generation \& improving access by reducing help\-...
