**Project Engineer – Roadway / CPM Schedule Review** **Contract \| $110 per hour \| Las Vegas, Nevada / Hybrid or Remote Depending on Experience** Gypsum Resources is seeking an experienced **Project Engineer with substantial roadway and critical path scheduling experience** for a short\-term consulting assignment involving review of the development schedule for a large land\-development and infrastructure project in Clark County, Nevada. This is **not a traditional design\-production role** and is **not initially an expert\-witness position**. We are looking for a practicing or recently practicing engineer who can independently evaluate the project’s **Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule**, identify the activities actually controlling project completion, and assess whether engineering redesign, agency review, right\-of\-way, permitting, or other project activities affected the critical path. The assignment will involve review of project schedules, engineering milestones, agency and permitting timelines, and contemporaneous project records.
