Berlin, Germany · Full-timeThe RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical, action-oriented, and entrepreneurial Website Growth & CRO Manager to take ownership of our websites and help turn them into high-performing digital sales channels.In this role, you will drive improvements across our websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels, combining data-driven experimentation with strong UX/UI intuition, compelling copy, and a deep understanding of customer behavior.You will take ownership of conversion rates, identify opportunities for growth, and turn insights into tangible improvements. You will also contribute to the development of a new product configurator, helping shape intuitive digital experiences that make it easier for customers to discover, customize, and purchase our products.We're looking for someone who thinks analytically, moves quickly, and enjoys taking ideas from insight to execution.
