**This LTD position will run through July 31, 2027\.** **PURPOSE \& OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION** * Shape and influence the global Olympics strategy, driving the planning and execution of the Olympic Project \& Operations strategy for both LA28 at global and local levels. * Lead the operational management and execution of key initiatives within the adidas Brand organization, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless delivery across cross\-functional projects and respective stakeholders. * Manage LA’28 projects across the Brand portfolio, focusing on milestone achievement, effective deployment, and tangible business impact. * Drive and implement complex, cross\-functional initiatives with broad organizational reach, ensuring successful execution and realization of intended benefits. * Continuously identify opportunities to create synergies, embed best practices, and introduce innovative approaches to optimize existing processes and strengthen project outcomes. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support Global Project Lead to manage, track \& report on key strategic deliverables \- including budget.
