Description: **Position Summary:** This role involves hiring, coaching, evaluating, and developing a team of design engineers, including managing performance reviews and continuing education programs. Key responsibilities include improving departmental systems, ensuring all procedures comply with state and HUD requirements, driving continuous process improvement, and driving revenue growth by attracting new clients and retaining existing clients.
