St. Anthony Hospital\-Okla City Job Id R200325 Night Shift **Job Details** --------------- * Participates in the Graduate Nurse Residency program while completing orientation. * Provides quality care to patients and works with a multi\-disciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction. * Assesses the patient's condition and nursing needs, sets goals, and prescribes appropriate nursing actions to meet those goals and the needs of the patient. * Reports pertinent observations and reactions regarding patients to the appropriate person and records those observations accurately and concisely. * Demonstrates the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions in accomplishing goals and intended patient care outcomes. * Actively participates in meetings, in\-services, and quality and performance improvement groups. **Requirements** ---------------- * Graduate from an accredited school of nursing * Current RN Licensure in the state where work will be performed OR Ability to sit for NCLEX within 90 days of graduation (MO, WI \& OK) OR Successful completion of NCLEX with official passing results (IL only) * Current BLS **Benefits** ------------ SSM Health v...
