**Job Title: Fair Coordinator** **Position Type:** PartTime (10\-15 hours per week; overtime during fair week) **Position Summary** The Fair Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, marketing, and overseeing all aspects of the annual fair. This role works closely with vendors, county departments, volunteers, 4H, and the Fair Board to ensure successful events, exhibits, and logistics. The coordinator manages setup and takedown, oversees the rodeo ticketing system, and leads communication efforts to promote the fair to the community and surrounding areas. **Work Schedule** This is a parttime position working approximately 10\-15 hours per week throughout most of the year. During the week of the fair, weekly hours may exceed 40\.
