**SUMMARY** Ajax Building Company, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate field leadership, subcontractors, and project stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers and plays a key role in driving project performance and financial success. The Project Manager reports to and is directly accountable to the Project Executive. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** * Hire, supervise, terminate, and/or delegate and reassign duties of all assigned personnel as needed, following established company policies, procedures, and practices. * Develop and implement normal operating procedures for overall project operations. * Approve material purchases and equipment rentals not covered in the estimate and not on hand or available. * Act as company representative in negotiations with the owners. * Approve the purchase of tools and supplies on jobsite. * Approve all contract agreements and cost of all outside repairs of equipment assigned to the sit...
