**Position:** SOC Operations Supervisor **Salary:** $80k ***SOC Operations Supervisor*** The SOC Operations Supervisor will work as part of a team dedicated to providing support for day\-to\-day business functions in relation to Risk Management, Access Control, Investigations and Security System Administration that ensure safe and secure workspaces at LAM’s properties. This position is responsible to oversee the Security Operations Centers and ensure continuity and compliance across multiple business units and teams. The manager will be responsible for the growth of the SOC program as well as supporting the team of Managers, Business Partners, and LAM’s employees in the development of highly targeted new opportunities and projects. A key part of this partnership activity is for the LAM internal security management to routinely consult on the needs, priorities, and opportunities to deliver greater value in the pursuit of the success of the LAM security program.
