This position reports to and supports Dr. Megan Falke on a variety of research, educational, and administrative initiatives. The Research Assistant will contribute to research projects, scholarly dissemination, participant engagement, and project coordination while receiving mentorship in research methods and academic writing. **Essential Functions:** * Conduct and support research activities, including literature reviews, data collection, data management, and qualitative and/or quantitative analysis in accordance with study protocols and IRB requirements. * Assist with scholarly dissemination efforts by preparing research summaries, manuscripts, presentations, abstracts, reports, and other academic or educational materials for publication and presentation. * Coordinate research project operations, including participant recruitment and engagement, scheduling, maintaining study records, monitoring timelines, and supporting project deliverables. * Provide administrative and program support to research and educational initiatives, including maintaining databases, preparing correspondence, organizing meetings, and collaborating with faculty, students, and community partners. **Qualific...
