**DESCRIPTION** --------------- AWS is looking for a Specialist Solution Architecture Manager to join our Industrial Manufacturing Industry Business Unit (IBU). This leader will be responsible for leading the specialist solution architecture team within AWS’s Industrial Manufacturing IBU, globally AWS is looking for a hands\-on Solutions Architect to join our Industrial Specialist \& Solutions team. This leader will be responsible for leading the Manufacturing Technical Field Community (TFC) and running our Seattle based Physical AI Lab. In this role, you'll build Physical AI prototypes and solutions working with our automotive and manufacturing customers, and lead the Manufacturing TFC working with the core team and TFC stakeholders. You'll own the lab's daily operations and manage project intake and builds, and publish reusable technical assets for the field and customers to adopt Physical AI solutions. As the Manufacturing TFC lead, you'll organize the community, asset development and enablement paths. You'll work with Industry Specialists, Account Teams, Customers, and Partners.
