**K\&S Tire Recycling our sister company is seeking a hands\-on, bilingual Operations Manager with experience in the tire recycling industry or a related field. This role requires a strong leader who can optimize processes, oversee quality control, and ensure operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum of 3\-5 years in an operations management role, specifically in tire recycling, waste management, manufacturing, or a related industry. * Bilingual (English \& Spanish) Required – Must be able to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and clients. * Hands\-On Leadership: Ability to work in the field, supervise employees directly, and be involved in day\-to\-day operations. * Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of tire recycling processes, including collection, shredding, material separation, and compliance. * Problem\-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement efficiency improvements. * Safety \& Compliance: Familiarity with OSHA regulations, environmental laws, and industry safety standards. * Logistics \& Fleet Management: fleet operations, and ...
