**Position Summary** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer\-focused **Business Program Manager (BPM)** to serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal cross\-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience managing customer relationships, coordinating RFQ responses, driving program execution, and resolving complex business issues in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment. This role is well suited for someone who combines the relationship\-building skills of a customer\-facing business professional with the organizational capabilities of a project manager.
