**Job Summary** We are a **subcontractor** based in **Gaithersburg, Maryland**, specializing in **drywall, metal framing, insulation, painting, and carpentry** throughout the DMV region. We are seeking an experienced **Interior Trades Project Manager** with a strong background in **drywall, metal framing, and insulation** to manage multifamily projects from award through closeout. **Responsibilities** * Manage multifamily interior trades projects from start to finish * Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project schedules * Manage submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, and project documentation * Coordinate material orders, deliveries, manpower, and field activities * Attend project meetings and site visits as required * Monitor project costs, schedules, production, and quality * Coordinate with General Contractors, Superintendents, Foremen, suppliers, and subcontractors **Qualifications** * Minimum 3 years of commercial or multifamily interior trades experience * Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred * Strong knowledge of On\-Screen Takeoff \& Quick\-Bids * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications * Strong organiz...
