**What to Expect** Tesla is seeking a Manager, Technical Programs to lead Production Planning, Factory Strategy planning, and high\-impact Special Projects across Energy manufacturing. This role is responsible for driving planning alignment and execution across MFCA and MFTX, ensuring factory plans are executable, risks are surfaced early, and strategic initiatives translate into on\-the\-ground results. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the teams responsible for production planning, labor planning and factory strategy at both sites, owning planning cadence, cross\-site alignment, and execution discipline.
