Overview: The Senior Cloud Operations Engineer provides hands\-on operational ownership of AWS cloud environments to improve reliability, observability, performance, capacity, cost efficiency, automation, and disaster recovery readiness. This role will ensure accountability and internal ownership of day\-to\-day cloud operations by collaborating with vendors and MSP. This position leads operational incident and problem resolution, improves runbooks and automation, and oversees managed\-service\-provider execution. It partners with architecture, security, application development, migration, product, and emerging\-technology teams to ensure approved solutions are production\-ready and sustainably operated.
