**Key Responsibilities** * Review plans, specs, and contracts; clarify scope, inclusions, and exclusions * Build and maintain project budgets and schedules utilizing the JobTread platform. * Coordinate daily with field supervisors/foremen to keep projects on track * Order materials, track deliveries, and prevent jobsite delays * Schedule and manage subcontractors and in\-house crews * Conduct site walks to verify quality, safety, and progress * Handle RFIs, change orders, and project documentation * Attend progress meetings and provide clear, concise updates * Track project costs vs. budget and help maintain target margins * Manage punch lists and project closeout (warranties, final docs, etc.) Qualifications * 3–5\+ years of construction PM or strong Assistant PM / Superintendent experience * Experience with exterior scopes (siding, masonry, EIFS, or similar) preferred * Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specs * Understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and basic estimating * Comfortable communicating with GCs, owners, architects, and field crews * Strong organization and follow\-through; able to manage multiple projects at once * Proficient with bas...
