**What to Expect** Tesla is looking for a highly skilled Construction Manager who is passionate about our mission to join our North American R\&D Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be asked to own and drive the full funding and construction efforts for various infrastructure development projects in the Hawthrone, CA area and across the U.S. This role will supervise all on\-site construction including scheduling and contracts for trade contractors, overseeing vendor tool installations, resolving day to day construction issues, performing inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications while tracking project schedule and budget. This role requires close collaboration with Estimating, Design, Procurement, Finance, Self\-Perform, etc. teams internally to Tesla. This role requires you to be extremely detail oriented, identify real hard barriers, and drive the cross\-functional teams to execute quickly at high quality.
