Provides daily oversight of multiple crews and maintains a high standard of safety, quality, productivity, and customer service. Responsible for personnel management including hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, and workforce development. Coordinates schedules, dispatches crews, manages workloads, and inspects work in progress and upon completion to ensure compliance with department standards and project requirements. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Provides daily supervision of crews assigned to the Construction Services division and maintains a high standard of quality and productivity. 2\.
