**About the Role** Join our top\-tier residential construction team in San Francisco! We are looking for an experienced, driven, articulate project manager to help oversee residential construction projects and renovations from start to finish. **Key Responsibilities** * **Subcontractor \& Material Management:** Schedule trades, issue change orders, and coordinate job\-site deliveries. * **Client Relations:** Provide weekly status updates to homeowners and handle change requests with top\-tier written and verbal communication. * **City Inspections:** Attend, and pass required city building inspections.
