POSITION SUMMARY: The Vice President of Operations (VP of Operations) is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and strengthening the operational infrastructure of Helix LLC. This role provides organization\-wide leadership to ensure programs, departments, systems, and administrative functions operate efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with Helix’s mission, strategic priorities, regulatory requirements, and financial goals. The VP of Operations works closely with the President, Executive Director, clinical leadership, Human Resources, Finance, program leadership, and other members of management to translate organizational strategy into effective operational practices. The position provides oversight of operational performance, organizational systems, process improvement, resource planning, compliance coordination, and cross\-functional initiatives. The VP of Operations serves as a key connection between executive leadership and program operations, helping ensure leaders have the systems, resources, accountability, and support necessary to deliver high\-quality services while promoting sustainable organizational growth.
