Senior Financial Planning \& Budget Analyst **The Position:** The Senior Financial Planning \& Budget Analyst is a full\-time position reporting to the Manager of Decision Support. The role prepares organizational budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long\-range financial planning, with particular attention participant care costs, and utilization. Working with department leaders and executive management, the Senior Financial Planning \& Budget Analyst translates financial and operational data into actionable recommendations that support organizational sustainability, growth, and informed strategic growth. Success in this role is measured by budget and forecast accuracy, timely and actionable variance reporting, effective financial partnership with leaders, and measurable improvements in planning and reporting processes.
