**Job Title**: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) **Classification**: Exempt **Reports To**: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / President **Summary/Objective** The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for directing the accounting/financing department of the organization in accordance with sound business practices and generally accepted accounting principles. **Primary Duties:** * Oversee the organization's financial function including the timely production of all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports * Manage, evaluate and develop accounting team personnel * Lead and manage the annual budgeting process * Develop, implement and enforce all policies and procedures necessary to provide appropriate controls including but not limited to cash controls, financing policies, collections and payroll. * Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to manage cash position. * Manage and optimize the pre\-need trusting function including draws / deposits into the endowment * Continually refine the finance department structure and team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the group * Provide and refine cost analysis of all company...
