**Accounting Director** Walsworth is a 130\+ member law firm with offices in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco. We handle and litigate large scale, complex matters primarily in California. We are currently in search of an experienced Accounting Director to join our leadership team. The Accounting Director will provide strategic financial input to the executive team and play a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the Firm. This hands\-on role will oversee the day\-to\-day operations of the accounting department and will work closely with and report directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate will have 10\+ years of experience in a mid\-size law firm, preferably insurance defense, with at least 3 years in a director\-level role. The start date can be delayed to mid\-January 2027\.
