**Job Type** ------------ **General Description** ----------------------- The Vendor Management Specialist manages assigned supplier relationships and serves as a key liaison among management, vendors, and internal clients (employees) to support reliable, service\-oriented vendor performance. This role is responsible for monitoring vendor performance, service level agreements, contractual obligations, pricing compliance, invoice accuracy, vendor\-related activities, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service outcomes and operational excellence. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** ----------------------------------------- Manage assigned suppliers and serve as the primary liaison between Popular and vendors, monitoring overall service performance, service quality, and vendor value. Monitor service level agreements, pricing compliance, contractual obligations, renewals, amendments, and related requirements to support compliance and timely decision\-making.
