IT \& Marketing Coordinator (Full\-Time, In\-Office, Jackson, MS) A Jackson law firm is hiring one hands\-on person for two jobs: first\-line tech support in the office, and day\-to\-day marketing. You'll work under our outside IT provider and our outside marketing agency. They set the strategy, and you carry it out in the office. What you'll do IT (at our IT provider's direction) \- Be the first stop for staff tech issues (laptops, printers and scanners, phones, Microsoft 365, password resets) and escalate tickets to our IT provider \- Set up and retire workstations and accounts for new hires and departures \- Keep the equipment inventory, run updates and backup checks, and handle vendor visits \- Help staff with our case management software and other office apps \- Reinforce security basics: phishing awareness, MFA, and safe device habits Marketing (at our agency's direction) \- Shoot and edit photos and short\-form video around the office, in the community and at events \- Create, post and manage content on every social platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) \- Come up with creative content ideas and bring them to life \- Represent the firm at community eve...
