**Jano Coach Lines, Inc.** is seeking an experienced, hands\-on **Operations Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our motorcoach and bus transportation division. This position requires someone with **direct experience in the bus, motorcoach, charter, or commercial passenger transportation industry**. The ideal candidate will have strong operational leadership skills along with a solid working knowledge of **DOT/FMCSA regulations, Motor Carrier (MC) requirements, driver compliance, vehicle safety, and fleet operations**.
