Lentech is hiring a Operations Research Analyst: **Required**: * **Active and current TS/SCI w FSP through MD** * Experience conducting problem definition and gathering data requirements from stakeholders * Oral and written communications skills to explain data analysis to stakeholders * 10\+ years of experience with conducting analysis of management and operational problems using operations research techniques * 4\+ years of experience with the application of modeling and simulation to address decision analysis problems * 4\+ years of experience conducting multiple objective decision analysis or cost benefit analysis in support of research objectives * 4\+ years of experience with PANDAS, R, Excel and VBA, ARENA, OCTAVE, Tableau, Gurobi and CPLEX, EXTENDSIM, SAS, NETICA, stats models, Stata, MATLAB, or SPSS **Preferred**: * Experience with developing and performing verification and validation of models to ensure adequacy * Experience developing and delivering training materials for operations research techniques * Experience briefing results and preparing written reports on analytic approaches and methodologies * Experience with the use of machine learning and large language model...
