**About the Role** The Head of Marketing \& Partnerships will **own CFOAF's overall marketing function and growth strategy**. This is a leadership role, but it is also a hands\-on role. You will work directly with firm leadership to determine where we should focus our marketing efforts, build strategic partnerships and referral channels, oversee marketing execution, and ensure the team is producing measurable business results. You will lead a small marketing function that includes marketing operations and supporting specialists.
