This opening seeks a seasoned Project Manager with experience managing projects valued at over $7 million and ideally over $10 million. The Project Manager leads commercial healthcare construction projects from preconstruction and mobilization through closeout, overseeing multiple projects concurrently. The role coordinates project activities to achieve safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client\-service objectives while leading superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients/owners.
