**Know a watercolor from a pastel? Love talking with people about design, color, and art?** Hope \& Feathers is a custom framing and print shop in Northampton. We’re a small team of hard\-working, design\-minded people who care about art, our customers, and doing things well. We’re looking for a full\-time designer who loves working with people and has a great eye. **What you’ll do** This is primarily a customer\-facing role. * **Design and sales:** Help customers choose frames, mats, and glass for their art, photos, and objects, and provide excellent customer service. * **Social media and website:** Manage H\&F’s online presence by creating content, managing engagement, and keeping the website up to date. * **Printing:** Assist the print shop with photo restoration and print production. * **Graphic design:** Collaborate with the marketing team to design online content, signage, and custom projects for customers. * **Artist liaison:** Work with the local artists we show and sell, and help bring new ones on board. **What we’re looking for** * Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) is required * An eye for design, color, and composition *...
