**Position Summary** The Assistant Project Manager supports the successful planning, coordination, and execution of concrete and asphalt construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout. Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, subcontractors, and vendors, this position assists with project documentation, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and communication to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Wright Construction's quality standards. This role serves as a developmental position with opportunities for advancement into a Project Manager role. **Requirements / Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent construction experience will be considered. * One to three (1–3\) years of construction management, project engineering, estimating, or field experience preferred. * Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, includi...
