This role ensures the financial integrity of the company through effective oversight of accounting processes, internal controls, cash management, budgeting, audits, and financial reporting. The Controller serves as a key resource to leadership by providing accurate financial information and analysis to support organizational objectives and long\-term growth. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Manage and assist with the month\-end close process for the Operating and Property entities. * Prepare or approve monthly accrual accounting entries including wages, accrued revenue, production bonus, etc. * Enter and/or approve all journal entries and supporting information as necessary. ...
