As the Retail Bakery General Manager, you will be the key leader overseeing all aspects of our in\-store operations. Reporting directly to ownership, you will oversee personnel and department leads, optimize efficiency, and implement systems to ensure financial and operational excellence. This role requires an experienced bakery professional with hands\-on knowledge across bakery departments, including mixing, baking, decorating, packaging, and retail operations.
