Work with skilled nursing residents at different stages of recovery, translating your clinical findings into treatment that helps them move safely and participate more independently in daily life. **What You'll Do** * Assess walking, balance, strength, range of motion, and transfer abilities to identify rehabilitation needs. * Set measurable goals that reflect residents' prior function, medical precautions, and personal priorities. * Deliver individualized therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility treatment. * Determine appropriate mobility equipment and teach residents and caregivers how to use it safely. * Reevaluate progress, modify plans of care, and provide clinical supervision to PTAs. * Complete accurate clinical records and coordinate with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues on ongoing care and discharge recommendations. **What We Offer** * $45–$50 per hour. * Medical, dental, and vision insurance. * 401(k). * CEU reimb...
