And we need the right people to run it.** The Dock Sortation Lead owns the daily sortation operation at our Chamblee location: packages in, team managed, every SLA hit, every driver handed off clean. **Your job is to run the dock: every package sorted, every SLA hit, and your team executing at standard from the moment the first pallet arrives.** This role has a clear scorecard, real autonomy, and direct impact you can measure every morning. If you thrive in fast, high\-accountability environments, this is your seat. **WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE** Your shift starts around 1:00am.
