**What to Expect** As an Associate Manager of Production Control, you will have the responsibility to design and oversee material handing functions at Gigafactory New York. You will lead a team of Supervisors and take a KPI driven approach toward meeting daily operational objectives. In this role, you will work cross\-functionally with Manufacturing, NPI, Maintenance, and various other supply and logistics organizations to solve problems, drive continuous improvement, and to achieve production targets. This Associate Manager role is execution and people leadership for assigned warehouse / material handling areas and shifts. You run the day: set clear expectations, develop Supervisors, and deliver consistent results in **Safety**, **People**, and **Accuracy** while hitting operational and financial targets for your span of control.
