YogaSix Columbia is an independently owned and operated franchise studio in Maryland, and we are looking for a motivated, organized, and sales\-focused **Sales \& Member Experience Lead** to join our team. **About the Role** ------------------ The Sales \& Member Experience Lead is a hands\-on, full\-time front desk and sales role for someone who excels at connecting with people, building relationships, driving membership sales, and creating an exceptional studio experience. At YogaSix, our front desk sales team members are called **Wellness Advisors**. The Sales \& Member Experience Lead is an experienced Wellness Advisor with additional responsibility for sales execution, Wellness Advisor training, membership administration, studio supplies, and day\-to\-day operational support.
