We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead carveout and integration programs for PE\-backed clients. You will run the program from signing through Day 1 and TSA exit. That means coordinating buyer, seller, and functional workstreams so the new standalone business operates cleanly and on schedule. This is a client\-facing role. You will work directly with deal teams, operating partners, and portfolio company executives. M\&A Carveout experience is a MUST!! **What You'll Do** * Lead end\-to\-end carveout programs: separation planning, Day 1 readiness, TSA stand\-up, and TSA exit * Build and manage the integrated program plan, critical path, RAID log, and governance cadence (IMO/SMO) * Coordinate across cross\-functional workstreams, including Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations * Directly manage the ERP and HR/Payroll workstreams in partnership with the workstream leads * Define and track TSA scope, service schedules, costs, and exit milestones with buyer and seller * Drive Day 1 planning, including cutover plans, command center setup, and go/no\-go decisions * Identify and escalate risks and dependencies early, with clear mitigation options * Produce executive\-level status ...
