Reports to Sr Manager of Dealership Marketing Location: Remote (Los Angeles, San Francisco, or San Jose) Travel: Will be expected to travel up to 70% of the time Please note: We are only able to consider candidates who are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (green card holders) and who do not require current or future visa sponsorship of any sort. **Role Summary** We’re seeking an engaging, knowledgeable, and customer\-focused Brand Ambassador to bring the IONNA experience to life across dealerships, driver communities, and key markets. In this role, you’ll lead EV education and customer engagement programs that help new and returning EV drivers better understand charging, network reliability, and the partnership behind IONNA’s eight automakers. You’ll host EV education days and dealership training sessions, working directly with sales teams and customers to build EV knowledge and create positive experiences with the IONNA brand.
