Alpine Ear Nose \& Throat is seeking a Medical Assistant to help deliver care in our Greeley location. Applicants should have rigorous attention to detail, be self\-motivated, and have great interpersonal skills. A background in patient care is preferred, such as medical assistants, emergency medical technicians, licensed practice nurses, however any candidate with a strong skill set will be considered. Medical Assistants will work under the supervision of a licensed medical provider and are required to follow HIPAA guidelines and OSHA regulations. Training for the skills necessary to perform their daily job functions will be provided. Essential functions: · Review provider schedules and organize patient care by preparing patient charts and obtaining pertinent information essential to each patient visit. · Prepares patients for exam and treatment to include obtaining chief complaint, history, pertinent vital signs and measurements (weight, height, etc), patient questionnaires · Collect and document pertinent patient medical information as outlined by organizational guidelines consistent with nationally recognized quality standards.
