Job Summary InnoVet Health is seeking an AI Solution Engineer. In this positon you will build, configure and integrate AI solutions that retrieve and synthesize clinical information from multiple data sources in a secure federal environment. This role offers remote flexibility, competitive benefits, and the opportunity to shape the technical foundation for responsible AI in federal healthcare. **Responsibilities** * Design, configure and develop AI\-enabled search and summarization using large language models (LLMs), retrieval\-augmented generation (RAG) and vector/semantic search. * Build integrations and data pipelines to health record systems and clinical data sources through APIs (e.g., FHIR), including processing unstructured and scanned documents. * Put guardrails, grounding and source\-citation techniques in place to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations. Support testing and evaluation of model output quality. * Work in two\-week Agile sprints with the scrum team to deliver, enhance and fix features.
