We are a growing, statewide Florida home services company seeking an experienced, hands\-on **Controller** to take our financial reporting, controls, and profitability analysis to the next level. **Key Responsibilities:** * Improve financial reporting, accuracy, and accountability. * Develop detailed EBITDA and P\&L reporting by business unit, branch, and department. * Analyze profitability, margins, expenses, and operational performance. * Strengthen budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls. * Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. * Provide clear, actionable financial insights to executive leadership. **Ideal Candidate:** * Proven experience as a Controller, Comptroller, or senior finance leader. * Strong financial analysis and management reporting skills. * Experience with multi\-location or multi\-division businesses. * HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home services industry experience preferred. * Hands\-on, analytical, results\-driven, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
