Overview: As part of the Office of Grants Management, the Financial Analyst supports Carle Health System's externally funded programs by providing post\-award sponsored project support to ensure compliance with OMB 2 CFR 200 Uniform Guidance as well as compliance with grant and institution specific requirements. This individual is primarily responsible for administration of various activities associated with the acceptance, monitoring, and reporting of externally sponsored awards in collaboration with funding agencies, grantee departments, program directors, and leadership. This position will utilize professional judgment, independence, and discretion to serve as a grants point of contact for Carle under guidance from the Director of Grants Administration. Responsibilities: Primary post\-award responsibilities include collaborating with departments to establish and financially manage their grants in the Grants module of Workday, as well as working with Research and Accounting to develop and roll out OMB compliant accounting and procurement guidance and processes as needed.
