**Location Requirement:** This is a remote position, but we can only hire candidates who reside in **AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, LA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WV.** We're looking for an experienced **Fractional Controller** to help solo law firm owners understand their numbers, improve profitability, and make smarter financial decisions. You'll advise a roster of 40 clients as part of a Fractional Executive Team of CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and Controllers. ### **What You'll Do** * Lead monthly 1:1 financial strategy calls with clients * Analyze financial statements, KPIs, profitability, and cash flow * Build and interpret financial dashboards * Prepare short\-term cash flow forecasts and identify risks * Turn financial data into clear, actionable recommendations * Coach clients toward stronger financial habits and accountability ### **What We're Looking For** * Controller or senior\-level accounting/finance experience * Strong financial analysis, forecasting, KPI, and dashboard experience * Proven results improving profitability, cash flow, or expenses * Experience managing teams or client relationships * Strong communication skills and the ability to explain ...
