These communications connect team members to our organizational identity, principles, and workplace environment. This role partners with People leaders to develop strategic communications plans, narratives and content for priority team member programs and culture initiatives—helping them connect their experience at Micron with the company’s strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Team Member Engagement and Communications, this role will also be responsible for advising on communications approaches, creating high\-quality employee\-facing content and ensuring messages are aligned, timely and easy to understand.
